Tourist Flat (House 1)
Originally the Park owners home, it is a spacious three bed roomed self contained house with one queen, one double and a bunk room that sleeps five. Each bed comes with a bottom sheet, pillow and pillow case. Complimented with an open plan living space, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and heated by a large log burner. The house is situated in the middle of the holiday park and has its own car port and alfresco dining area.
Occupants to supply own linen, blankets and towels or they can hired from the Park Office. Sleeps up to 9 *
Miners Cottage (House 2 and 3)
Built in 1896 in Oamaru and transported to the holiday park in the 1980’s. These historic miner’s cottages, now with the addition of a modern bathroom, are nestled amongst the native Larch trees. Each cottage has a queen bed in one bedroom and 2 sets of bunks in the second bedroom. All beds are made up with a bottom sheet, pillow and pillow case. A separate lounge with a log burner and heater, fully equipped kitchen/dining room and bathroom.
Occupants to bring own duvets/sleeping bags and towels, or these can be hired. Sleeps up to 6 *
The small print
Balance of accounts are payable in full, on arrival, when checking in. Payment must be made for the full time booked. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Some changes are permitted on payment of an amendment/administration fee.
Reservations are a contract between Larchview Holiday Park and the person named on the reservation and are not transferable to any other person. This means that the named person must occupy the unit/site for the duration of the contract and is ultimately responsible for all occupants and visitors of that unit/site.
Rates and conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice. Bookings will only be confirmed when we receive payment of a deposit or we have a credit card held on file to guarantee the booking.
Child rates are for children aged 4 years to 14 years. There is no charge for children aged 3 years and under.
Check in Arrival time: From 2.00pm Departure time: By 10.30am
Due to Health & Safety requirements, when arriving at the Park all guests and visitors to the Park must stop at the Park entrance and check in/sign in at the Office before proceeding to a site.
Alterations: Once a deposit is paid and the reservation is confirmed, alterations can be made (subject to availability) and may incur a $20 administration fee and may require a unit/site change. Management reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the alteration reduces the reservation to below peak season minimum stay requirements and cancellation penalties will apply.
Cancellation and amendment charges
Cancellation of a booking 14 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund less a $20 administration fee.
Cancellation of a booking 48 hours -13 days prior to arrival date will be charged a minimum of $20 for sites or 50% of the first night’s accommodation rate (per cabin/chalet/house).
Cancellations within 48 hours of date of arrival will be charged 100% of the cost of the accommodation booked. This includes no shows, arriving later than date booked, early departures and cancellation of nights booked after arrival.
Cancellation and amendment conditions and fees vary for peak season bookings (Christmas/New Year/Public & school holiday bookings – high season). See your individual booking confirmation letter/email for specific terms and conditions for those dates.
Beds: Bottom sheet, pillow and pillowcases are supplied on all beds. Guests can hire duvets for $10 per bed per stay

Well behaved dogs are permitted but must be under control and not left unattended in the Park at any time.
