Park rules

Basic rules / conditions of occupancy

Arrival:

Arrival Time: 2pm unless stated otherwise. Accommodation will be held up until 4pm on the day of arrival unless a full nights deposit has been received

Departure:

Departure Time: 10am

Accounts:

Balance of accounts are payable on arrival.
Payment must be made for the full time booked.
Refunds for early departure are at the management discretion. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Caravans:

Including campervans must have an electrical warrant of fitness and comply with LPG Standard (NZS 5428:1996).
All campervans and caravans must have their own wastewater container.
Chemical toilets must be emptied in dump stations.

Tents:

Electricity can only be connected through an approved isolating transformer or RCD Safety Switch.

Parking:

One vehicle to be parked on own site only. Parking is not allowed on driveways.

Speed:

Vehicle speed in park is limited to a walking pace only.

Conduct:

Reasonable quietness between 10.30pm and 7am. Some discretion is allowed on New Years Eve.
Reasonable behaviour and dress at all times.
No liquor to be consumed in park except on own site or in accommodation units. Excessive drinking and parties are forbidden.
Payment of a $50 per person behaviour bond may be required
Consideration must be shown at all times to other guests.

Damage:

Cost of damage to property or accommodation will be recovered.

Children:

Children to be controlled and supervised by parents at all times.

Visitors:

Visitors are allowed by arrangement with the management.
Your visitors are your responsibility and should depart by 10pm.
Visitor’s vehicles to be left outside the park or in visitor’s car park.
Any charge for visitors, if not paid, will be your responsibility.

Pets:

Not admitted – unless pre-arranged with management.
No dogs are allowed over the Christmas / New Year Period.
If accecpted;
No pets are allowed in any of the accommodation or amenity blocks.
All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while in the Park boundry.
You must clean up any fouling.

Rubbish:

To be recycled at the Naseby recycling depot or wrapped and tied and then placed in receptacles provided.

Messages:

Will be taken and names placed on notice board unless instructed in writing to the contrary.

Fires:

NO open fires are permitted by the Regional Fire Officer. This means LPG (enclosed) BBQ’s are allowed. I.E. no Charcol, Candles, Open fires etc.

We ask for your co-operation so that your stay and the stay of other guests can be enjoyable.

Breach of any of these rules, Health and Safety or Fire Regulations may result in you being required to leave the park immediately without refund.
